Four years ago we had major work done by Alpine (hardwood refinishing in our bedrooms and hallway which involved replacing many of the boards plus new carpeting installed in our living room, dining room and den). The work was done to perfection and we have been beyond happy with the results. Recently the carpet in our living room developed a rather large ripple (caused by us). When I contacted Alpine to ask what could be done they came and were able to fix it at a very reasonable fee. I reached out to mike on a Sunday to confirm stain colors. He put us in touch with the owner, Sean, who immediately followed up off hours to go over things. He even sent his guys to pick up a color they don’t normally stock first thing the next morning! Lucky for us, it wound up being what we chose. Sean was there personally throughout the process to help with stain selection and check in on progress.
